To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🌼 魚皮頭+豬膶 +雞肉米線 (49)外賣單太多做唔切，變相堂食都要等等。去親譚仔都會叫湖南酸辣湯底，唔會過辣又酸酸哋幾開胃。呢度啲餸都俾得足，試過去其他分店食三餸，豬膶得三舊🥲🥲🌼 一人小食跟餐送嘅皮蛋，正常發揮，辣汁撈米線食好滋味😁😁😁不過餐廳嘅衛生真係麻麻，成餐飯都有烏蠅仔不停飛，十分滋擾🥲發現源頭應該係嚟自放喺店舖入面嘅幾個回收垃圾桶😕😕😕明白嚟緊實施垃圾收費，餐廳們都要諗計做回收，但將回收垃圾桶放喺鋪頭入面擺都真係唔衛生，坐附近嘅食客係十分之慘👎🏻👎🏻想像唔到夏天嘅時候會點算🫣🫣🫣
