To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為客人介紹,所以我和同事去試食了這裡的魚蛋粉。晚上6時左右,店內不算太多人,但侍應卻經常催促我們落單。 因為客人介紹這裡的魚旦,所以我要了一碗四寶河而同事要了一碗牛腩、魚旦、墨魚丸米粉加色。我的四寶 – 有墨魚丸、魚皮餃、豬肉丸和魚旦。墨魚丸不似是自製,有點兒硬、魚皮餃的皮有些滑 “san san” 但個餡OK、豬肉丸也是比較硬,但咬落彈牙、魚旦是腥的… 最後河粉太碎。同事的 – 我特別註明是加色因為兩碗一到,湯底是一樣顏色。 所以最後另外再要了一碗牛腩汁。同事只說了一句難食…因為有兩樣配料,和我是一樣的。原本想叫飲品的,但價錢實在太貴了;而且店內沒有套餐,加碗飲品就更不值了。唯一可取的應該是辣椒醬,幾惹味的。
