To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去咗尖沙咀一間裝修幾有情調又優雅的西餐。入到店還未order就先來杯welcome drink🙂感覺幾好👍🏻。好,先來一客生蠔🦪先,話明生蠔,最緊要夠新鮮👍🏻配上檸檬汁,鮮上加鮮🤭。之後有牛骨髓配多士,咁真係成舊牛骨上🤣原汁原味,有晒牛骨既精華👍🏻。到今晚主角出場啦-黑松露烤焗法國黃雞,皮已烤成脆皮,無咩肥,雞肉好嫩,而且好多汁,加上有黑松露吊味,所有嘢都好夾👏🏻👏🏻。之後還有蕃茄意粉🍝,這不是平時的意粉,非常粗身,幾彈牙幾有咬口👏🏻。最後抹茶朱古力慕絲結尾☺️。滿足晒👏🏻👏🏻
