裝修後的文華廳轉了主色,一於去看一下先。環境同以前真係大大不同,多了一份時尚感。我們兩人叫了3樣點心,叉燒,炒米粉和蛋撻。蝦餃和燒賣… 一份原本係3粒,但我們2人,所以改了只要2粒。灌湯餃,係真的「灌」湯餃不是湯浸餃,入面的湯汁好鮮甜,大滿足。至於黑豚肉叉燒,我們叫了細分,肉質好淋好鮮甜,配合表面的少少微脆,真係好香… 好好食桂花蟹肉炒米粉登場,炒得好乾爽,盡顯廚師嘅工架最後,蛋撻來了,個樣靚仔到不得了文華聽的服務和食物,當然係無得挑剔啦。
