裝修重開支持@茜廊餐廳九龍灣偉業街33號德福廣場一期P8號舖曾經有短時間住過九龍灣,茜廊有麵包外仲有西餐,之後封起板重修,今日行過podium見又重開,一於來支持一下。自己點了份烤原隻燒春雞跟薯菜$108(set 來,更有湯及飲品),再點了個9吋黑松露野菌pizza share$118燒雞細size會更好,因為bb雞肉會嫩滑,烤完水份唔會完全蒸發變乾身。醃料塞在淘空內臟的雞肉中,連內層肉都吸收了香料,骨都好嫩可以用刀切開,醃完烤過皮又好食。Pizza大大個好抵食,有做麵包經驗是不會差的,餅邊好脆,芬香的黑松露呼喚了食慾。Set 跟的紅白湯,還會跟香脆的garlic bread家人就要了葡式燒乳豬bb$188,肉女木滑嫩架又富肉汁,肉汁仲好甜,個皮又燒得脆卜卜,食落好似薯片惹味。有成24個set dinner,點了2個一月散點,食沙律$68有機蕃茄田園沙律,勁大碟咖哩大蝦配飯$88,用上了十種香料秘製而成,唔會辣反而是帶甜,加了蝦的關係更嚐到蝦鮮味在咖哩中,用來撈飯超下飯。2隻大蝦肥美,薯塊煮得好腍身。成班人每人除開只是百來元,好實惠。所以屹立多年深受街坊附近住客歡迎。
