西式甜點疏乎厘

晚上飯後想吃甜品，除糖水外，當然可以來個西式蛋糕，雖然會很肥膩，但會非常滿足，於是在旺角找找，最便利的是來地鐵站旁邊雅蘭中心內的甜品西餐。本來是吃蛋糕的，在芝士蛋糕的誘惑下，坐下來，看到疏乎厘，還有豐富的巧克力襯托，又不能不吃。疏乎厘的制作需時20分鐘，即點即做，出來的效果又滑又彈，口感特舒服尤如鮮嫩蛋綿花糖進入口中，旁邊巧克力味由不同形式配合，有碎粒，一塊塊，一片片和雪糕的狀態，特別豐富了味蕾。相對芝士味變相失色了。
