想起食泰國菜,以前大多數會想到去九龍城 一帶,因為真係高檔,中檔,低檔都有,而且味道唔錯!但係今次朋友帶我們來到這間位於西環嘅小店,真係一試難忘 這家位於橫街窄巷的小店,望上去真係一啲都唔起眼,裏面裝修一般,但奇怪的是,店鋪全場滿座,看上去,有西人,學生,操普通話的 及香港人, 似乎口味適合多國的客人我們一行八人點了啤酒(啤酒真係超冰凍), 椰青及珍多冰……食物方面點了咖哩海鮮,蝦真的很大,食落仲好爽甜。炭燒豬頸肉,這個是王牌,外皮燒得炭炭的, 裏面啲肉仍十分爽口,送酒一流炭燒牛柳五成熟, 賣相一流, 仲滲有少少血水,好有牛味呢個冬陰功湯,唔只海鮮十足,而湯味亦都好濃郁至於這碟海南雞,亦好有水準, 雞件夠嫩滑 ,而且去骨細件上好精緻炭燒大鰂魚,估唔到肉質係如此鮮嫩, 外皮是燶燶的, 但係裏面啲肉係剛剛好證明廚房真係有一手控制火候功架十足甜品仲有熱食的椰汁糕好煙韌,連我咁怕食甜品的人都要食幾件了!
