To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁岩去開西營盤附近做野，竟然比我發現超想食的金祥排骨麵竟然係附近呢😎呢間主打街坊生意，見到lunchtime都超多人黎買😝-🎈菜膽雲吞排骨麵 $47人氣No.1之選🤩排骨既炸粉比較薄，炸得酥脆，而調味亦恰到好處，特別貼心係有另上完全唔驚會浸淋～至於雲吞餡料幾足，皮薄餡靚。湯底算係比較清淡的，但我卻很喜愛🥰-🎈紫菜腐皮卷 $28有驚喜💫咬落去個下係真係做到ASMR，可想而知係炸得有幾香口(真心覺得食完幾舊會喉嚨痛的感覺😮‍💨)～-整體來說價錢非常實惠，份量多而且味道挺好～但就未至於要特登搭車入黎西環食既名物🙈-🔸金祥排骨麵📍西環西營盤德輔道西316號地下C舖
