番黎大學時期出沒嘅西營盤,行到正街扶手電梯英華台,從前呢度有間超多人排隊嘅台灣菜,宜家變成越南菜。呢度播住歐美流行曲,店員都係年輕人。蕃茄濃湯海鮮檬蕃茄個湯底質感感覺好有澱粉感。蕃茄嘅酸甜味道未算好突出,比較似米線茄湯,多過茶記茄湯。入面有2隻蝦,仲有啲魷魚圈。濃味牛湯浸水切牛河牛肉算幾多,脂肪唔多所以肉質較結實,牛湯味有驚喜!好濃!河粉係幼身嘅,口感就係水彈嘅感覺。麥皮牛油雞翼有三隻,每隻都幾大隻,外面脆身,入面嫩滑,幾惹味架~調味係有啲帶少辣嘅胡椒粉加牛油,當然唔少得麥皮碎。
