Let's jam喺西貢成日要等位,想試好耐都無機會,今日終於喺下午茶時段嚟食,唔駛等位egg Benedict, $78算中價,個 hollandaise 醬味道好好,好多,水波蛋都做得好好,如個飽底再厚身,脆d, 熱d就perfect啦! 伴菜沙律配黑醋汁,中和返, 整體都好味!鮮果雪糕蜜糖吐司,可選一款自制果醬,店員建議選較酸的,令整體無咁甜,最終選了aloha果醬,有熱情果、菠蘿、蘋果等,但係期實都幾甜,無我expect的酸味。蜜糖吐司好脆唔乾,伴左好多新鮮水果,有香、蕉、蜜瓜、火龍果、蘋果,每款4片,加埋雲呢拿雪糕(只有一款..), 整體感覺都幾好。egg Benedict 包一杯$30以內飲品,叫貴d既補錢, 於是叫了木瓜雪耳鮮奶,好滋潤,唔太甜,有木瓜蓉同雪耳粒。
