依家西餅,通常食美心或者東海堂,不過我留意到近年聖安娜開始慢慢轉型,首先佢哋嘅餅店裝修嘅格局越精緻,西餅嘅款式越來越多野元化,款式口味越變越多,冇以前咁老土啦。今次是一款咖啡西餅,拎起個時已經覺得好香,賣相唔差。蛋捲中間有忌廉同啫喱,上面有果仁同忌廉。食落去咖啡味幾突出,海綿幾鬆軟,有陣陣嘅咖啡香味,中間嘅忌廉食落去啲香滑,加上有果仁,增加口感。最欣賞加啫喱,令蛋糕更加Q彈,平時好少食咖啡口味既我,都覺得呢件蛋糕食得過。
