To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

豚王今次係第一次食，同出面大部分拉麵店都係一樣，自己填拉麵紙，首先係選擇自己鍾意嘅湯底同濃度，跟住係選擇配菜，再揀邊一款麵，就係選擇麵質嘅軟硬度，最後係其他配料。如果你係有選擇困難症嘅朋友，紙上面有一個選擇係，交俾廚師去決定又或者揀今日推介，咁就唔會怕每次食親都係同一款。如果唔清楚湯底係咩味道嘅朋友，餐牌上邊有湯底嘅介紹，方便第一次食嘅朋友去睇清楚先再揀返自己嘅喜好。我就揀左黑玉，姐係黑蒜油湯底，普通濃度，好有報嘅係湯中間有一個球狀物體，果個係湯濃度嘅精粹，撈勻左之後個湯真係超好味，而且拉麵個硬度真係岩我口味。男朋友就揀左赤玉，中意食辣嘅朋友應該會幾中意食，因為我覺得幾辣，但呢種辣唔係嗆喉個款辣，係好好食個款辣。追加左糖心蛋，呢個糖心蛋真係超級無敵好味。
