上年開始,就有個半熟芝士撻風潮,由一兩間出名而到呢家四圍都係,蛋撻店甜品店麵包店都做。今天媽媽在KFC買了2個新出的"軟心芝士撻“返屋企。 不過睇個樣就。。。唔多吸引。個撻用現成牛油批。我想個撻熱啲,所以放左入焗爐焗一陣先食。 焗完之後,都唔係軟心的,好似一個芝士蛋糕放左響撻皮上面咁,實的的,芝士味都算重,但點解要咁,一個不軟心的軟心芝士撻,咁不如食返芝士餅。。。。
