To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 媽啊～係永年啊！一諗唔到食咩就最愛食車仔麵咩都執d好滿足🙈所以一路都想拜訪呢間老字號但元朗對於我黎講真係有點遠～一路都未搵到時間去.所以知佢係尖沙咀開左分店我就即刻拉埋個車仔麵控同我一齊去🤤痴線嘅長龍同埋原來等買野食同等位係分開😳好多人都係賣外賣就走所以唔好排錯記得同朋友黎就分開排隊同等位😂.呢度感覺好乾淨同一般車仔麵店唔同仲要幾chill有一行望馬路景嘅吧枱😂.期待已久嘅一碗車仔麵終於等到喇～三餸一麵($37)- 雞翼、陳皮魚蛋、蘿蔔其實材料只係普通但如何係普通都可以令到呢間永年開到出尖沙咀個辣汁真係精髓😍辣得黎真係好惹味但又唔會濃味到好大味精好口渴個種而且個辣係慢慢滲出黎～🤤好正而且個蘿蔔真係必嗌吸哂個辣湯底嘅精華仲要完～全～無渣！！超清辣味中仲帶點甜💓雞翼反而無滷得好入味味道較淡不過煮得岩岩好肉嫩但無血水陳皮魚蛋就唔洗講無得輪呀～～.朋友嗌個碗有豬紅朋友大讚滑得黎口感帶爽而且無腥味仲入哂味正🤤.斑蘭咖央多 ($13)本身真係大愛呢個來自新加坡嘅斑蘭味🙈真係好少見香港有斑蘭咖央多所以即刻毫不猶豫嗌左斑蘭醬香香甜甜仲帶一陣椰味好正💚而且仲搽左厚厚一
