To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來到觀塘工作, 由於不熟悉地方, 只好到最著名的大商場裏找晚餐吃, 記得上回路過此地需要排隊等位今天居然不用, 便直接入座二人點了冬陰公湯, 馬拉盞炒通菜, 香茅香辣雞煲和香葉肉碎炒飯地方光線比較暗淡, 衛生環境實在非常一般, 座位上仍然留有吃剩的飯粒說說食物的味道, 冬陰公湯非常細碗, 幾乎是一人的份量, 出奇地好我喜歡其味道偏酸辣, 無奈鍋底裏的香料渣比較多馬拉盞炒通菜味道可以, 夠鑊氣香茅香辣雞煲不值一提, 首先上菜的時候完全沒有熱辣辣的感覺, 其份量的雞煲($148)屬於一人份量, 內裏只有幾片雞皮和少量雞肉, 難道紅蔥頭才是重點?? 最後因為食唔飽要叫多一份香葉肉碎炒飯, 飯多肉碎少, 其味道是可以的總括而言, 五百大元吃的泰菜每一碟的份量比較少, 除了部份味道比較好, 實在想不到憑什麼理由可收這個價錢? 性價比一般般吧

地方光線比較暗淡, 衛生環境實在非常一般, 座位上仍然留有吃剩的飯粒


說說食物的味道, 冬陰公湯非常細碗, 幾乎是一人的份量, 出奇地好我喜歡其味道偏酸辣, 無奈鍋底裏的香料渣比較多
