觀塘性價比高日本壽司店 — 森戶呢間森戶喺牛頭角同紅磡都有分店,今次去左牛頭角分店試左“森“呢set omakase🤩套餐包括:茶碗蒸、五款刺身、一款時令御料理、八貫壽司、一貫手卷、鯛魚湯、甜品($780) 🥚茶碗蒸面頭舖上三文魚籽,其中有一層係蓴菜,口感似果凍一樣滑溜,再加上冬菇、白果和蟹柳,味道鮮美。🦪長崎縣生蠔生蠔鮮甜飽滿,配酸汁同蘿蔔蓉,味道清爽。🐟時令御料理係鯛魚白子,經過火炙後,搭配酸汁和海藻,味道清新,而且可以解白子的膩。清酒煮鮑魚鮑魚係以清酒煮三個小時後,再配上竹炭鹽,鮑魚爽口彈牙,好有鮮味壽司方面,有北海道象拔蚌搽上青檸汁,入口彈牙爽口;釜山白蝦仔搭配柚子皮,口感黏口;九洲金目鯛經過火炙後,味道更加香濃;左口魚充滿油香;鮫鰈魚質感比較爽身;燒銀鱈魚肉質比較嫩滑,油分比較多;新鮮鯖魚則搭配左雞茸蔥花,味道濃郁鮮美;火炙吞拿魚露天脂肪豐富;北海道赤膽海膽鮮甜唔腥。最後,重有一貫吞拿魚蓉手卷,用脆脆嘅紫菜包住黎食,再加上蘿蔔漬物碎。而甜品方面,就揀咗部開心果雪糕,真心滿足🤰🏻!

🥚茶碗蒸
