身為觀塘地膽,當然要不斷搜羅美食,座落於中海日升中心,呢個美食新蒲點,附近地下同二樓都有不少餐廳,見到有signage 介紹February- 以德國及西式菜為主。叫了個晚餐同兩個頭盤,先黎餐湯,係牛肝菌湯,好大碗,香濃菌味,味道在黑松露同蘑菇味道中間,而且好creamy 。頭盤小食散叫了炸魷魚圈,配了芥末沙律醬,新穎配搭,再黎小食係拿破倫紅酒煮大蜆$92,夠晒創新烹調手法,一向係用白酒蒜蓉煮蜆,但今次用左蕃茄蓉加洋蔥粒煮,鮮味開胃,有十幾隻大蜆,都算多呀。個汁點若叫個蒜蓉包或配意粉相信都好好味。到重頭戲,叫了馳名火焰咸豬手,店員淋上酒精再點火,燒至皮更脆,旁邊還有咖喱薯仔沙律同沙律菜,有啲蔬菜配搭不致有肥膩感。睇完火焰,店員體貼地拎返入廚房切件,真係好大隻,塊皮真係好脆,豬手肉淋身不會好乾,味度適中,唔太咸,有啲部位有根,有趙口,感覺好多骨膠元。最後叫了檸檬茶消滯,因太好食,食到大滿足。看得出廚師悉心鑽研新穎配搭的菜色。刻意選用不同醬汁或烹調手法,令人有驚喜好奇感覺。
