今次已經係第二就食,仍然係覺得好驚艷,又可以望住啲廚整嘢食,又有景望下(雖然得樓景😂),而且啲嘢真心高質,仲要長期多人,前一日打來bk都未必有位你坐🤷🏻‍♀️烤焗野菌,菠菜,芝士,泰式花生沙律醬$82🥗無諗過一個沙律可以咁高質,除左菜名有嘅材料之外,仲加左蓮霧,所以整體感覺係惹味得來又好清爽。神奇嘅係,隱約中會覺得沙律入面有核桃但實質係無嘅😂煙燻豬豬卡邦尼$110🍝好正宗嘅做法:唔用忌廉,用生蛋同芝士做汁👍🏻芝士脆片薄到簡直神乎其技,成碟幾乎係藝術品😳每一條意粉都包含左蛋汁,豬面肉同煙腩片嘅味道,夠曬鹹香。such a masterpiece👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻慢煮西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬•咖啡香料$198🍖個豬食落入味之餘係極香😌黑毛豬同香料味完全融合左,再點埋加左咖啡粉嘅香料,味道更有層次同風味👍🏻黑松露野菌燉飯$120🍄每一啖都充滿黑松露嘅香味,成個燉飯好野菌味但又唔heavy,岩曬我vege-day嗌來食😍焦糖香蕉.雪糕.法式多士$92🍞暖笠笠嘅法式多士,配焦糖香蕉同雪糕,直頭係冰火兩重奏🔥雖有多士overcooked左少少,但都無影響呢份’完滿’嘅感覺🥰
