To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日都係使用外賣平台嘅外賣自取，因為好多餐廳都有六折優惠😋咁啱就見到香格里拉米線有六折優惠，所以就試吓。因為講起米線平時都係食譚仔多。咁我就揀咗佢香格里拉米線套餐，可以試盡佢咁多款菜式。咁價錢方面，六折折實個價係$43.8。算係比較經濟實惠，但係如果真係去食嘅話就好似要60幾蚊。味道方面，我選擇咗蕃茄湯底，雖然佢嘅湯底好好味，啲米線都浸得好入味，但係好似感受唔到蕃茄嘅味道，所以喺度失咗分。而佢啲配料就係不過不失，配餸包括雞肉、腩肉等。而講起佢嘅豬膶方面，相對份量就比較細，希望佢會喺份量方面改善。總括而言，呢間係值得返去嘅米線舖，因為湯底真係好入味，（雖然冇蕃茄味）😂😂，下次試吓其他湯底先。
