最近係觀塘試左一間日本料理餐廳~幾抵食~叫左好多野食~人均都係$200-250一人左右~好滿足~1)神之特上刺身刺身拼盤有牡丹蝦、帶子、三文魚、吞拿魚、真鯛和火炙左口魚。所有刺身都非常新鮮,口感鮮嫩,散發住鮮甜的味道。海鮮最緊要新鮮👍🏻2) 雜錦燒物燒物串串,包括燒冬菇、雞肉串、鰻魚、雞軟骨和翠玉瓜。串物都是現點現燒,燒得剛剛好,既不過火,又保留了肉質的鮮嫩。味道香濃,唔錯!3)牛肉他他日本和牛,肉質軟滑,一口咬下去即溶在口。搭配上新鮮的蛋黃和蒜蓉攪拌埋一齊食,散發出濃郁的蒜香氣,唔腥,好食~4)青龍炸蝦卷蝦卷用左芝士和蟹籽包裹著炸蝦,上菜時蝦身仍然保持著香脆可口的口感。這樣的搭配讓整個卷壽司更加豐富而美味。5)鍋燒烏冬烏冬有天婦羅蝦、蟹柳和雞蛋。烏冬上菜時仍然keep到仲係熱辣辣出曬煙,吃完令人感到溫暖和滿足😌暖笠笠💓💓烏冬的中口感彈牙,湯底鮮甜~整體黎講,呢間日本料理餐廳菜品唔錯。餐廳無論係刺身、燒物、牛肉他他、炸蝦卷還是鍋燒烏冬,每樣菜都做到高品質~估唔到觀塘搵到這質素餐廳🫰🏻下次都會再黎食:)
