To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Green monday同朋友去食素,本人真係麻麻地素食,除左比較食酸齋,係幾好。入到去間鋪算舒服嘅,最怕齋鋪有時會有陣味,佢無。有足夠嘅冷氣,人流都唔算密,但都坐滿嘅。Lunch只有幾款可以揀,另外都有廚師推介,每款45元。每個都有湯,lunch set嘅飯同湯可以任添,最正嘅係湯係無添加,無味精,有媽媽嘅味道,仲加左眉豆,有口感,渣唔會太多。朋友叫麵根加南瓜,另外一個就麵根加油麥菜,我就點咗炒腸粉。麵根好味,雖然無酸齋,不過有麵根都好食嘅。南瓜個粉唔會太厚,係南瓜唔夠甜,略為有啲淡。菜正常,朋友話難得可以出去食飯一份菜都算多。我自己好鍾意個炒腸粉,xo醬落得幾好,食落口呑左辣味先出嚟,好正,而且即炒,好熱。後尾都添多一碗湯,成個下午都飽嘅。
