一早訂定檯來品嚐全香港最好味的(焗釀蟹蓋),慶祝情人節坐位安排向維港超正用上玉制餐具很特別呢!!服務員態度親切,奉上前菜-琥珀蜜糖合桃好鬆脆由於兩口子吃不了太多東西,所以點了幾款熱門選擇,先來原隻鮑魚海鮮芋盒要用刀叉來品嚐,氣派和味道一流柚子醋雜菌黑木耳我總覺得有草(聲)味,可能啲菌類係咁喇花雕豉油皇鴨舌好味道焗釀蟹蓋,豐滿的蟹肉超好味!蟹痴樂透!!甜品點了萬壽果杏仁茶和黑糖十勝紅豆布甸兩者比較杏仁茶技勝一籌其實有些商務套餐每位約$380.-有點心併盤,老火湯,煎斑柳,糖水都好抵食!!
