呢間友人介紹既花居酒屋,真係唔少人食,8:00去到都見到好多人,接近full house。佢既裝修好多日本既元素同detail位,我特別欣賞滿滿海報既裝飾牆,加埋背景日文歌,和風味十足。竹壽司盛合($198)壽司方面,我地2個都懶得揀,叫左個2人份量,已經配搭好。件件賣相都唔錯,三文魚子超大粒同飽滿,咬落多汁又唔腥。火炙過既油甘魚更香甜。三文魚同吞拿魚壽司都水準之列。熟蝦壽司都結實都彈牙,確實唔錯。刺身($219)刺身我地就叫左甜蝦6隻,佢係成隻連蝦頭。我特別鐘意蝦頭,有好多人唔食,但我覺得好鮮甜,加埋淡淡海水味好正。北寄貝都幾爽口,而三文魚都好厚切,加埋wasabi更有鮮味。而帆立貝咬落好creamy。安格斯牛肉烏冬($88)佢既牛肉同平時食開唔同,好有牛肉味,而且好少見會配埋秋葵。烏冬就煙煙韌韌,應該係讚歧烏冬,配埋湯底好好食。芫茜櫻花蝦玉子燒($78)一上碟我地有少少嚇親,估唔到真係咁多芫茜係面,不過玉子燒份量都大份,佢地都幾好比埋叉我地,因為用筷子夾就難d,會比較易散,佢除左面入面都有芫茜,櫻花蝦淡淡既咸香,令味道更加鮮明。

壽司盛合($198)

刺身我地就叫左甜蝦6隻,佢係成隻連蝦頭。我特別鐘意蝦頭,有好多人唔食,但我覺得好鮮甜,加埋淡淡海水味好正。北寄貝都幾爽口,而三文魚都好厚切,加埋wasabi更有鮮味。而帆立貝咬落好creamy。
