今晚專登嚟圍方食依間係日本創業九十年既手打烏冬店山本屋,上次嚟行過都知要排隊,今次諗住傍晚五點過嚟,原來都要排長龍,大約等咗四十分鐘多就可以入坐,店內既日式裝修又幾似去咗日本🇯🇵,店細細間,所以流轉緩慢要排隊等位,仲有烏冬係砂鍋上,所以更加需要時間等,叫咗個小食凍豆腐一般般,仲點了老店傳統味噌既蝦天婦羅煮烏冬同埋招牌咖喱吉列豬扒煮烏冬,等咗好幾分鐘,砂鍋上既烏冬上枱,待應好細心提醒,烏冬係手打既會有客人錯覺未熟,其實係冇問題既,只係各人口味不同,先試一啖味噌湯底,好熱辣辣,好濃味,配天婦羅🍤👍🏻,試埋招牌咖喱湯底,一啖湯一啖烏冬,美味,甜甜既咖喱燶湯底,很喜歡!個手打烏冬麵條大細不一樣,麵質好似糯米咁煙煙韌韌,唔同平時既烏冬,所以會有人不喜歡,本人就好喜歡😍,吉列豬扒點了咖喱湯,味道唔錯,雖然排咗咁耐,又覺得幾值得,成碗麵食清晒,會有下次,希望唔洗再排隊就好👍🏻
