To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

走進來這間店，閒庭信步，感受到一種港式的親民食堂氛圍！啪嗒啪嗒滴落碟頭的唔係水珠，係我對佢地皇牌黯然銷魂飯嘅渴望啊！叉燒厚切得黎肉質濕潤，帶啲微焦嘅邊，咬落去好入味，唔會太乾！個太陽蛋，正到無朋友，煎得燶邊剛剛好，啲豉油拌埋白飯，吸晒蛋汁，滿足感爆燈🤩！海南雞飯方面，啖啖雞肉，口感緊緻，唔係一般嘅鬆化，萵笋絲又爽口，微辣帶韌，好夾！湯品平淡中帶點清甜，喉響冇負擔。🍲啲飲品都叫咗杯凍檸茶，解膩神器，微甜帶點檸檬嘅酸香，完美做尾！總體黎講，喺這裡食飯，就係一個開心、滿足、又覺得自己識得揀嘅日常，亦都提醒自己，有時候平民食堂先至係最能夠打動我哋味蕾嘅地方！👍🌟🍚
