To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六晚去食飯,去食放題見到浦和的食評都ok.一心去試試吧.於是早兩天打去訂座,訂了當晚七點. 當日六點半已到,但朋友未到所以等多陣啦.到六點四十五分才入場吧.當問接侍員我是訂七點的可否早點進場呢?接侍員說未得,要等等..好一等就等到七點十五分了,再問問接侍員得未呢,佢好好笑,拿張點食物的紙來,說:你們先點食物先,到有枱時你們可以快點有野食.oh..my god咁講都得,於是我問一問佢,約幾點有枱呢..佢話要十五分鐘左右.但這時我見到同我一樣的情況的,原來還有兩班人,最後等到七點四十五分,終於有枱了....但最精彩還是有個像經理的,走過來說原來之前有人客五點多來食,所以要我們等.....之後說昨天他們接的訂枱,幾張no show喎...喂...大佬,其實個樣似經理的說話真的像說我們的枱,應該不來所以接了給他人...但奇怪的是你們又之前一天reconfirm booking呢..雖然這裡的食物..以放題來說ok的...但這樣的服務就令人非常失望啦!!

Other Info. : 話說他們是沒時間限的...但到了差不多九點到...有店員問你們還要野食嗎??我心想不是沒時限嗎,不過我們食到差不多,好...埋單..都未離開己經有其他人客企在我的枱旁邊了...嘩,感覺這裡像舊式酒家一樣.失望!!!!
