都係叫番平時叫既菜式,不過由於家人喜歡吃膏蟹,於是提早五天打去留位同叫佢預備海鮮。例牌都係叫 咕老肉,啫啫生菜煲,秘制雞,同炒飯。唔洗再特別寫啦。今次不如講下隻肉餅蟹,佢地真係四左一隻約四個人份量既膏蟹。C 傅話清蒸太浪費,不如加塊肉餅再提升一下,於是由佢發板。嘩不得之了,膏蟹同D汁留晒落個肉餅,好味,同埋個蓋全部都係膏,個蓋飽滿同橙紅真係好香好有質感。肉餅吸收晒D精華,其實送白飯最好,於是叫左一個白飯 share.....鬼叫叫左炒飯,製作中,無得cancel. 呢個送真係唔錯,店員話蟹當做先會幫我地搜羅,唔鮮唔靚,司傅唔會整wor.
