去到帶位會帶你入去 首先就經過佢個雪櫃 食你嘅第一道菜 風乾和牛片 風乾80日 我就唔識欣賞 不過含係口係有油香滲出嚟然後就坐底 佢係一個u 形嘅bar 枱 就擺低一個昆布青椒沙律 配柚子味辣椒仔 少少辣 但會食到你開胃之後就係和牛餃子 煎到皮脆 肉滑 好多肉汁下一道就係好似水煮和牛咁 但係係蒸嘅 呢個就麻麻地 牛肉係淰係滑 不過味道我就唔鐘意之後就係佢最出名嘅 和牛三文治 佢用牛柳做 咬落去好似咬舊牛油咁 超好味跟住係一個和牛壽喜燒 佢用壽喜燒汁煮大蔥同牛肉 再加麵豉泡泡 再刨黑松露片 我個人覺得個蔥好食過啲和牛下一道係燒日本冬菇 加佢自製鹽 呢個係清一清味蕾同食菇本身嘅鮮味到主菜係和牛肉眼 佢一開始會預先用高溫烤表面 再用粗鹽封40分鐘 生熟 口感 味道一絕再嚟係一個沾烏冬 佢用一個似滷水汁咁一齊食 但個烏冬刨青檸皮 完全解膩最後係和牛牛油味雪糕三文治 佢撈咗杏仁 成件事變咗好開心

環境比較黑 所以重點擺哂係廚師身上 但服務非常好 好似開party 咁
