To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次食叫左碗蘿蔔清湯牛腩麵 (55蚊都唔算平), 但係佢一送上黎我就覺得肯定值呢個價仲有賺添。佢碗牛腩麵有幾個特點: 第一，蘿蔔好入味好濃郁、本身冇渣又夠林所以好好食；第二，蘿蔔好味係因為佢個湯底好好飲，注意有啲偏藥膳湯風格，不喜慎入（但我好鍾意），湯唔油👍🏻 第三，麵夠彈夠咬勁；最後就係牛既部分要特別稱讚： 牛整體肉質好夠煮都夠腍夠新鮮好肉味（肉雖然腍但係唔散，肉既紋理分明），廚師好細心咁將牛腩切成幾部分，由零脂肪到半肥瘦，重點係佢仲有一塊淨肥膏嫁！！🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯所以一碗滿足哂所有願望，份量好多好足料，睇得出係用心之作黎！👍🏻👍🏻題外話，野飲冇咩特別可以是但叫（凍好立克正正常常，skip~）😹😹😹絕對推薦！
