Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (金百利廣場)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🤫 先嚟講吓小食..三樣小食裏邊..我最鍾意食嘅係芝士豆腐..雖然係現成嘅雪藏小食..但係佢哋都炸得相當唔錯..外皮香脆入邊軟滑..唔會話好油膩..然後都真係有流心芝士架喎..另外就叫咗份貢菜皮蛋..一睇都知道係靚嘢..非常流心..鍾意食皮蛋嘅朋友仔就知道嗰種好味道..然後伴碟竟然係好少見嘅貢菜..貢菜爽口絕對係冷盤嘅其中一個首選..最後一個小食係比較傳統嘅川菜冷盤..酸辣土豆絲..食頭兩啖嘅時候我都仲覺得好好味..食多兩啖就發現嗰啲辣慢慢咁滲出嚟..同事仔話咁樣先夠過癮喎
🤫 再嚟就講吓同事仔嘅嗰一碗夫妻肺片酸辣粉..一啲都唔食辣嘅我一路以為夫妻肺片就係將牛肺切片煮到好辣..今次親眼見到夫妻肺片嘅真身先知道原來佢叫做肺片但係其實唔止肺片..仲有牛肚牛肺牛舌牛展等等嘅牛嘅部份(差唔多成隻牛都俾你食晒啦..)加入麻辣調味製造而成..真係大開眼界..同事仔揀咗BB辣..佢話咁樣就已經非常足夠..輕輕嘅麻味刺激味蕾再加上輕輕嘅辣味提鮮..食到佢舔舔脷
🤫 至於我嘅酥炸豬腩酸菜薯粉..係最後先上枱嘅..唔知係咪即炸㗎呢..上枱嘅時候熱辣辣..最鍾意食肥膩嘢嘅我梗係忍唔住即刻一啖放落口..塊豬皮真係好酥脆啊..然後入邊嘅嗰一啲肥膏再加埋腩肉..口感驚人..異常滋味..雖然呢個套餐嘅酥炸腩肉份量唔多..有四大塊..但係真係好好味..搞到我連碗酸菜薯粉都擺埋一邊..真心肥膩..一路食一路個心喺度諗今次大鑊啦..但係又笑笑口再夾嚿腩肉入口..同事仔笑我係咁特登咬嗰嚿脆皮啲索索聲比佢聽..證明真係好酥脆
🤫 係..差啲唔記得講我嗰碗酸菜薯粉..因為掛住食小食同埋腩肉已經飽咗七成..薯粉其實我都係第一次食..原來佢比起瀨粉更加跣手..然後質地都幾煙韌..但係點解薯粉一啲薯仔味都冇嘅..我真係識條鐵..至於酸菜呢..佢哋將酸菜切成粒粒..微酸易入口..如果下次再嚟食嘅話我諗我唔會再嗌粉lu..淨係食餸都夠我飽
🤫 Btw..跟餐嘅嘢飲都有好多選擇..又唔知乜嘢涼粉奶茶..豆花奶茶..我哋兩個都係傳統人士..最後都係揀咗白桃冷泡烏龍茶..簡簡單單又可以去油膩..然後話咁快兩個鐘嘅Lunch已經去到盡頭..我哋又再一次狗衝返公司
