To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說長洲開了新咖啡店,風評不錯,加上工業風的裝潢,想著點都要試試。就選擇去了吃早餐,想著平日早上波什麼人可以好好打卡拍照。點了一份pancake配腸仔、炒蛋及沙律菜。pancake屬於正常配蜂蜜糖漿,腸仔最好吃了。沙律菜一般好難唔好食,no.11用上珊瑚生菜加上酸酸怪怪的紅色汁醬,敗筆點。讓我好唔想繼續食……加了20元試試流行的dirty coffee, coffee的口感讓人最失望,可以說不好喝。浪費了舒適的環境
