To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 等了又等等了又等沒想到自己的耐性長達4小時..對方真會挑..豉汁涼瓜炒牛肉 $74魚香肉鬆炆茄子 $70跟2個白飯沒想到沒有任何飲料是因為接近打樣的關係嗎..點外賣的人還不少等了約15分鐘就有了之後又再等了大半小時才等到傳說中的朋友..意外的是在10度左右的氣溫下著毛毛細雨之下大半小時後才開始吃的飯盒還有點暖暖的白飯是一粒一粒的喜歡日本米和台灣米的在下似乎不太習慣應該說在下的筷子功有很大的進步空間吧(?)涼瓜好像有點硬 不只是爽脆那麼簡單是天氣太冷的關係還是還未煮得夠熟透?而且..牛肉呢?沒有肉片 沒有肉絲 也沒有肉碎大概是涼瓜牛肉走牛肉了或許走剩了些牛肉汁?還是朋友手快快在打開蓋子後極速夾走全部..?反正..就是沒有牛牛只有硬硬的苦瓜(。•́︿•̀。)(。•́︿•̀。)(。•́︿•̀。)(。•́︿•̀。)(。•́︿•̀。)至於茄子就好多了至少比較容易咀嚼除了肉汁外還有肉碎這讓人認為比較合理味道方便正正常常吧襯著白飯吃就好ㄟ( ▔, ▔ )ㄏ┑( ̄Д  ̄)┍╮(╯_╰)╭ 乁( ˙ω˙ )厂這餐外賣塞冷食其實在下也不知道是因為食物不好而心情不好還是未吃之前等朋友吃風吃飯而心情不好就只知道 似乎沒有很好吃或
