平時無咩事都唔黎elements, 點知今次黎一黎又開左眼界,瓊芳收埋係elements 既G/F個層,雖然係冰室食物,不過襯返超高樓底同埋開揚設計,即使枱與枱之間好密,但亦唔會有侷促感。門口有一格係賣蛋撻架!今時今日仲有邊間會咁樣放係門口?富有懷舊設計感menu, 睇得開心。好 欣賞打開櫃桶後見到每格食具都會有標記寫返係咩分類,莫非佢地係行「五常法」?🤪🤪🤪點左兩個餐加多士,首先黎冰室一定有既紅豆🫘冰,啖啖紅豆加蓉,甜甜口感加幼滑奶,好正呀🤤🤤🤤啲紅豆唔係一粒一粒好硬身個啲,而係一啖啖淋淋地既紅豆蓉呀🤤🤤奶茶夠哂絲滑,唔錯!點左兩個常餐,一個潮式沙茶牛肉米+太陽🌞多雙腸多士,一個現場燒製叉燒湯意粉+炒蛋火腿多士。叉燒唔知係咪堅即場燒製,不過厚度適中,口感易咬,咬開亦有湯汁溝肉汁咁流出。沙茶牛肉夠哂味,但不致於重口味,絕對係茶記必有既味道。湯底夠哂味,搭米粉食健康少少。 最後點左個馬來三叔公咖吔多士,厚切鮮牛油真係唔講得少,反而咖吔味唔夠,不過勝在多士焗得外脆內軟,熱熱多士夾住冰凍牛油已經補救返。
