To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日陪朋友去長沙灣睇貓仔，睇完見隔離間冰室好似唔錯就入去試下。第1次食就叫兩個招牌飯試下。坐低冇耐就有兩碗中湯送上，係栗米蘿蔔湯，飲落冇味精十足住家湯既味，清甜得黎飲完唔會口渴。招牌芝士鮮茄焗雞扒飯係晚餐set其中一款，＄59有湯有飯有野飲，晚餐黎講都幾抵！飯面有溶左既芝士，拉絲效果唔錯，醬汁好多，新鮮焗起熱辣辣，每啖都食到醬汁，雞扒應該係先煎過再拎去焗，好香口，好快清哂成兜。招牌椒鹽蒜香豬扒豬扒份量都幾多，兩個人都夠食，蒜香味十足，每件豬扒都炸得好香脆而且冇乜骨，好多肉食。椒鹽令整個餸咸咸地，撈白飯食一流！飲品方面加8蚊叫左杯特飲Oreo特濃阿華田,同一杯凍奶茶。前者比較特別，面層鋪左oreo碎甜甜地好有咬口，不過有d沉左底，如果面層再鋪多d碎碎就勁滿足喇!
