To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

試咗一個意想不到嘅好意粉

剛剛睇完醫生口淡淡咁，所以就到咗呢間意粉屋食野。 本來想試下佢嘅千層面... 但佢地暫時未得住，所以就轉戰卡邦尼意粉。材料同份量都好充足，而且唔係平時嗰啲黏到一個點嗰種！味道平衡得唔錯～ 唯一一個小嘅不足係可能油可能多咗少少。環境方面，有人會覺得細咗啲，但反而細鋪嘅關係，店主先可以集中火力注重食物質素。如果以街坊小店嘅standard 嚟講，呢間店都係好值得推介。總括而言，一個50幾嘅意粉加熱飲嘅良心小店... 真係買少見少啦！好期待下次試佢嘅千層面
