To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前有篇食譚仔三哥嘅食評提過，喺啱啱出蕃茄湯底嘅時候，試過譚仔嘅蕃茄湯覺得麻麻地（事源係喺N耐～啱啱出蕃茄湯底嘅時候，食過一次譚仔蕃茄湯，係好hea咁加咗兩三舊蕃茄就成為一個蕃茄湯底⋯⋯）後就冇再喺譚仔叫過轉蕃茄湯。但今次見佢有新嘢，就畀個機會試吓啦！紫菜豬肚蕃茄湯米線小辣 - WOW！一嚟到係好香好濃郁嘅蕃茄味，有細細嘅四五舊蕃茄切件。嗅落同望落都唔錯WO！飲咗啖湯，紫菜味充斥口腔！OK 喎～再食啖米線：紫菜香係有嘅、蕃茄嘅甜甜酸酸都有、加埋小辣嘅少少辣味＝鹹咗少少😅食幾啖就飲啖凍飲沖一沖口～冇咁鹹🤣而豬肚就爽脆好食！唔錯啦～

紫菜豬肚蕃茄湯米線 小辣 - WOW！一嚟到係好香好濃郁嘅蕃茄味，有細細嘅四五舊蕃茄切件。嗅落同望落都唔錯WO！

飲咗啖湯，紫菜味充斥口腔！OK 喎～
再食啖米線：紫菜香係有嘅、蕃茄嘅甜甜酸酸都有、加埋小辣嘅少少辣味＝鹹咗少少😅
食幾啖就飲啖凍飲沖一沖口～冇咁鹹🤣
而豬肚就爽脆好食！
