一間值得推介的新店,餐廳環境好舒服,張櫈仲要用我最like嘅紫,唔入去好似對唔住自己喎!先講生蠔:紫薯見到店名叫「Oyster More 蠔魔」 就知呢間餐廳專食蠔 。各式各樣嘅生蠔任君選擇,想要蠔味重、海水味、肉質結實⋯⋯只要你講,店員都會為你介紹。價錢比一般蠔吧還要便宜。白酒煮鑽石蜆:鮮甜,但紫薯比較喜歡重口味,其實其他人會覺得足夠,記得襯熱食,如果唔係會變得硬身 炸鵝肝春卷伴蜜糖鵪鶉肶:鵝肝炸得熟咗小小,但鵪鶉肶無得輸,嫩又有肉汁。老闆走來問意見,我提議加黑松露入春卷內炸,超級好人老闆居然即刻試做一個給我吃,wow,正到呢⋯⋯ 原來老闆今晚宴客,紫薯今晚好幸運,老闆請我試食極臭芝士,又出私伙酒比我試,你話下次唔嚟點得呀! 最後個甜品:蘋果批,佢做法同一般餐廳唔同,用酥皮做底,配合新鮮蘋果加雪糕一流,點飽都要食咗先算 減肥?食埋呢餐先啦
