To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在上環的日本餐廳實在唔多,知道呢度有其實想試好耐,有一晚一有機會就二話不說去試試。是晚full左大約9成,幸好都仲有位俾我地,呢度d裝修都幾和式風味,食物選擇都幾多,對我呢d有選舉困難症既人黎講,梗係由朋友發板叫食物。 前菜拼盤有數款小吃,分別係鰻魚伴忌廉芝士,芒果汁,番茄果凍,鮎魚,甜番薯等,個燒鰻魚好得,肉質夠嫩滑,仲有我最愛的芝士,唔贊唔得,另外番茄果凍亦夠清新,不過唔夠鰻魚那個特別 壽司拼盤分別有卷物同魚生壽司,我既焦點當然係魚生啦,雖然侍應有遂件介紹過,不過食完就真係唔記得左,我食左既有海膽壽司,夠鮮甜,入口即溶,另外仲試左冇記錯應該係拖羅刺身果件,呢件啖啖肉,多肉得黎唔會韌,仲食得出好juicy的感覺煮秋刀魚D骨腍到可整條吃,我呢d怕骨的人就岩哂,因為一向怕秋刀魚那細小的骨,這個煮法夠心思,令我食左唔少另外仲叫左d牛肉稻庭烏東,牛肉夠肉味,烏東就比外面食的彈牙爽口,整體黎講都唔錯既d食物,會介紹朋友去食!
