To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同舊同事敍舊食飯在K11，其實呢一間以前好似來過但係沒有留下深刻印象。唔緊要，俾多次機會佢！前菜係水果，好點奇怪。。不過車厘子唔太新鮮，有苦味當然要食招牌烤鴨啦，第一道上，味道很好，夠熱即片，無乜脂肪，立刻有點期待。。可惜無惗到全晚既高潮就已經完結了。。  黑松露同素鵝本身好鍾意食，不過呢碟好油好肥，宜且完全無松露味  生煎包麻麻雲吞清雞湯雖然變成湯麵，不過算數啦。對我來說係甘露，正好清一清剛才食咗好油既素鵝菜無咩特別，但勝在夠清，呢一刻我需要！其實從來未試過呢味，見幾得意就試下。好柔軟，不太甜，味道ok啦
