To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炸醬麵 ～酸味適中～食完一碗 好想食多一碗肉絲好有口感 配合個醬汁 真心好味！食過咁多間 源興隆炸醬麵 冇得彈！麵有彈性 口感爽口 ，第一次去已賣晒果日好失望 ，所以下午堅持果日晚上再去多次 終於比我試到 尋回呢種港式炸醬麵嘅味道 ！ 小時候同家人試過一間炸醬麵美味無比呢中味道令到我好想再食多碗 當中酸味刺激我既味蕾醬汁好味得很 係港式炸醬麵既味道 ， 大過後 再搵唔到呢種味道 ，因為仲有迷戀著呢種味道， 直至係電視上播出 有間老字號麵店 我便千里尋味 由九龍去港島 終於搵到你 源興隆 炸醬麵
