To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大部分啲姐姐對客態度都幾好，但個肥肥地既男服務員一上嘢飲，成個杯飛跌咗，杯嘢飲耍到成張枱成個地，仲有我哋件衫褲都有奶茶漬，然後佢即刻去攞咗個地拖拖地，我哋問佢攞紙巾，佢先至死死地氣話等陣啦，再攞俾我地，然後又將個地拖打落另外一個職員嗰度，然後個男職員自己仲話佢好嬲，我哋都未嬲佢自己喺度嬲囉，之後佢自己顧住清潔個地下拖咗兩下就走咗啦，全程一句對唔住都冇，又冇問我哋有冇整到，其他職員都當睇唔到，冇幫到手, 成餐飯嬲住食，整體啲嘢食就好咸。米線湯底同炒面都係徧咸
