To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排疫情似有放緩嘅跡象，市民都多咗出街堂食啦！嗰日陪屋企人去咗禾輋附近買餸，順便食個午餐。快靚正嘅最佳選擇莫過於係食咗十幾年嘅譚仔啦！獨食嘅時候都只係會諗起譚仔，真係誰。能。代。替。你。地。位！我地叫咗個尖椒皮蛋，兩碗墨丸三小辣，而我就例牌都係叫返「雞肉魚片頭三小辣」。好耐冇食三小辣，果然好辣好麻！雞肉又嫰滑，魚片頭又爽滑彈牙，真係絕配！尖椒皮蛋俾咗好多辣油我地，皮蛋係溏心蛋，好下火，三個人食，每個人都有四塊，認真滋味！
