一直想知到底拉麵可以有幾健康,終於黎左試下。聞說湯底以脂肪較少的豬骨、鹽及大量菜熬製,不加過多醬油,以求少油健康。湯底表面油脂的確比一般拉麵,但食落只得鹹味,豬骨味欠奉,唔夠濃郁,吸引唔到我大啖大啖咁飲。叉燒有四大塊,但不夠香。蛋熟透,極之失望。麵條普通,不會太硬或太腍。雖然油脂較少,但談不上健康,以鹽取代醬油,鈉含量依然高。有得必有失,健康了一點,卻失去風味,得不償失。
