吃過Casa Pennington 驚艷的海鮮後,一直心癢癢,很想找個藉口再吃到那新鮮甜美的生蠔和水準西菜。事隔數月,終於有機會來到同是Casa Group的Su Casa,希望重溫當日精彩的味覺享受。我和食友點了幾款海鮮﹑頭盤和主菜分享。我們一共嚐了四款生蠔,分別是來自西班牙的Arousa,以及來自法國的Mermaid、White Pearl和Gillardeau。四款生蠔均十分鮮美,其中小妹最愛Arousa 和Gillardeau,前者味道甘甜爽滑,後者蠔味和礦物味也濃,其餘兩款較淡口,但也很新鮮。來自南非的Scampi跟在Casa Pennington吃到的一樣鮮甜黏口,其中一隻還是難得一見的藍色Scampi,蝦羔如寶石的艷麗,聽說此Scampi是吃了藍色海澡才變藍色,蝦羔味道更濃郁,下次有機會一定要試試呢。法國羔蟹蟹羔依舊澎湃,十分Creamy,很是美味,不過蟹肉部分相比Casa Pennington 就似乎熟過頭了,蟹肉偏乾,只屬一般。頭盤方面,白酒羅勒煮蜆剛好熟,甜美非常,肉質彈牙且帶酒香,而青口的版本則嫩滑得很,醬汁較前者Creamy 濃重,兩款各有特色。青口版本屬Off
