To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

$102就有齊以下所有嘢，兩個人食好豐富同滿足麻辣湯肥牛魚腐響鈴雞肉米線三哥嘅麻辣湯米線不嬲都無得輸，平時食開雞肉同魚腐，一樣都係好多汁同入味！而今次食埋肥牛同響鈴，特別係響鈴吸晒啲麻辣汁，食落超惹味！蒜香白肉飯一直都覺得蒜泥白肉好岩配飯食，今次終於出左！食落啖啖蒜香味超正，但份量岩岩好，唔會話太多汁而搞到成個飯好鹹同好油。不過個飯有少少乾身，可能放得耐左香烤豬頸肉上枱已經好香，食落帶少少孜然粉味道，有啲似平時食串燒咁，烤得幾脆幾好食！清湯浸生菜最後緊係要有個菜，令成餐更健康完美
