To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次黎食午餐，特意去到銅記既譚仔三哥皆因我同事話比起其他分店好食。想不到服務態度很好，一進門坐下已經可以直接下單，店面客人多，但安排入座的流程也很快速，而且上菜速度很快。值得一讚。可能是因為得兩人，這次我們不需搭台，可以自成一各。過橋米線：　我個人非常之喜愛豆卜同腩肉，夠入味好好味。仲有好多餸，例如豬潤，丸，火腿等等，所以我覺得過橋米線都幾抵食，如果想試晒啲餸嘅朋友，都可以試吓呢個。不過今次叫左清湯因同事食不到辛辣。米線係煮得好淋好好味皮蛋: 好入味，加埋蔥蒜係世界級食物，黎到一定要食，會再encore!土匪雞翼: 即叫即做嘅雞翼，上台熱辣辣，黑芝麻好香，配合辣椒粉孜然粉甚有燒烤嘅風味！
