To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說上星期，爸爸問我土匪雞翼係咩味道，原來爸爸未食過譚仔㗎🤔 Weekend一於做吓孝順女，帶佢試吓==============================蕃茄紫菜豬肚米線 $39未食過蕃茄湯嘅我，試咗啖爸爸嗰碗。估唔到肚絲嘅量幾多，爸爸最後食唔晒😮湯底有鮮蕃茄，醋味突出，相信湯底加咗白醋，帶出蕃茄嘅味道。土匪雞翼（3隻）$25今日嘅主角！一嚟到香噴噴，熱辣辣。不過外皮較燶，又唔脆，調味唔能夠入到肉裏面，小失望😔蜀香肚絲 $24唔太食得辣嘅我，喺爸爸驅使之下陪佢試吓！麻辣醬汁好惹味，對於食開三小辣嘅我都接受到～下次一於試吓網上流傳嘅食法，用肚絲嘅辣汁乾撈米線，諗起都流口水🤤魚腐豬膶重慶三小辣 $42三小辣對我來講啱啱好，唔會死鹹死辣，既過癮又唔會食得辛苦。配料方面，魚腐軟滑得嚟帶幾分彈牙，豬膶唔會煮得過老，今日呢碗得3片，唔夠喉🤪Weekend同爸爸試吓新餐廳（對佢嚟講🤣），喺疫情下，呢個係佢期待咗一個星期嘅活動，唔知下星期試邊間新嘢呢🤪
