To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

烤雞炸醬撈米線/撈寬麵見到譚仔新出撈麵，張圖吸引左我😍譚仔嘅招牌炸醬唔洗講都知道幾好味，嗌左唔辣嘅撈寬麵，不過寬麵無想像中有咬口同嚼勁，而烤雞厚切嫩滑，配埋爽口醒胃嘅酸菜，味道非常夾同好味😋。巴蜀爽脆生腸、麻辣豬耳、四川青椒皮蛋譚仔小食方面從來都唔會失望👍🏻，水準一直保持，生腸同豬耳都十分爽脆。菠蘿味無糖可口可樂特飲🍍🥤菠蘿汁配無糖可口可樂，加上檸檬片，夏日炎炎飲返杯好正，不過個人覺得有點偏甜。
