To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚上係譚仔米線試了一碗酸辣雞肉墨丸米線及湖南土匪雞翼。有別於一般酸辣湯底，它的外表雖和普通清湯差不多，但酸辣味道恰到好處，惹味得來不會過辣，唔錯。餸料雞肉其實都頗嫩滑，可惜切得太碎太散，影響了口感。墨丸普通。好友吃了牛肉，味道淡而無味，可以不試。米線方面，富煙韌口感，不俗。至於土匪雞翼，外層沾滿香料芝麻，味道鹹香，淺嚐亦不錯。
