To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔的米線出名已久,但這才是我第一次去,見識見識!譚仔主打米線,當然是嘗試一下米線,原味清湯米線,湯底不錯,且材料十足,不容置疑。還有特色的是餐廳會再配合特色配制的肉碎四肉醬,以及酸菜,令到米線的清香味道更加提鮮。但吃過傳統滾熱的米線鍋,總會覺得這米線只是湯粗米粉,總是溫不是熱,沒有鍋也不像樣。可惜,香港這樣時間緊迫的環境,就它改良後適應了需求,客群也特別多,尤其是打包帶走一族。找到人和地的特點而作改良是某些成功重點。
